Meditation

Meditation during IVF isn’t about thinking positive or manifesting outcomes. It’s simpler and more real than that.

It’s about creating space. A moment where you step out of the protocol, the waiting, the worry. Where you remember you are more than your cycle. Where you can simply be present, grounded, held.

Each meditation here is designed for a specific phase of your journey. Some will anchor you when anxiety rises. Some will help your body rest when it’s been pushed to its limit. Some will help you hold hope without drowning in it.

The practice is simple: press play. Breathe. Let yourself just be for 5 to 10 minutes. That’s the whole thing.

How Meditation Works in IVF

It’s not magic.

Meditation won’t change your blood work or your embryo grade. That’s not why you’re here.

It’s about presence.

When you sit with a meditation, you’re not running the story of IVF through your mind. You’re here. You’re breathing. You’re alive in this moment which is the only moment you actually have.

It changes you.

When your nervous system settles, something shifts. Not the circumstances you. You become more grounded. More capable of holding hope and fear at the same time. And that changes everything about how you move through this journey.
